Pine Tree View

I'm teaching a workshop on Saturday featuring chickadees so I've been practicing!!!! This piece is a mix of acrylic ink and watercolor. Painting this piece made me really think about what it would be like to perch in a pine tree! There's so many branches, pine needles and pine cones! I really enjoyed the process of adding depth but keeping a spontaneous feel.
