Land & Water Muse

Here is my latest watercolor. I think I've painted this at least 3 times and finally I was satisfied! One of the hardest things in watercolor is to keep that fresh look. The more you go into a piece and make changes or adjustments, the more you lose all the lovely interaction between water and color. I think that the blues and oranges really work together in this piece!
