New Paintings!

I finished these last week and I really love them so I thought I'd post them. Both are acrylic on canvas and each has a wonderful and unique mood. I was really trying to pay attention to color and brushwork and I'm pleased with the results.

Plein Air Class

We were fortunate to have lovely weather to paint by the river this morning. We talked about the scenery being a little like a buffet table, there's so much, what do you paint! Basically if you can simplify your image the painting goes easier. Below are the results of our work! Every piece looks BEAUTIFUL!
