Daffodil Joy

In my art classes we have been painting daffodils! This is one of my demos.
I always welcome daffodils in the spring! Everything is waking up and the colors are SO welcome after winter!!!! I put the joy that I feel in seeing them in this piece!

On a more technical note, yellow is a challenging color to paint with. Putting warm and cool yellows next to each other makes for a more interesting piece.
